1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the hypbet website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the hypbet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

hypbet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the hypbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of hypbet or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the hypbet Platform or any other gaming platform operated by hypbet or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hypbet services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all hypbet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hypbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hypbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: hypbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Account Suspension: hypbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hypbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: hypbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. hypbet aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• No Cash Transactions: hypbet does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment methods listed on the Platform.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hypbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hypbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hypbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• hypbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to hypbet support immediately. hypbet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, regardless of whether wagers have been placed using those funds.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the hypbet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all hypbet products:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified and independently audited RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented by the live dealer.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, hypbet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. hypbet's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. hypbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your hypbet account balance upon settlement of each game round. hypbet's records of game outcomes are final and binding in the event of any dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hypbet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the hypbet Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward hypbet staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

hypbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting hypbet support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hypbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of hypbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hypbet content without prior written consent from hypbet.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hypbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

hypbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

hypbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting hypbet customer support. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any outstanding wagers and completion of pending transactions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to hypbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

hypbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the hypbet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
